Wind Mitigation Reports

The purpose of a windstorm or wind mitigation inspection is to determine the appropriateness of a given structure’s construction in the event of strong winds, such as those present in a hurricane. Wind mitigation inspections look for construction features that have been shown to reduce losses in hurricanes. Benefit from reduced insurance premiums with an annual certified wind mitigation report. Click here to learn more.

Thermal Imaging

Moisture is a big issue that gets revealed with thermal imaging which includes hidden sources of mold, roof leaks, and posts that indicate termite nests. Electrical problems are also revealed as well as heat and energy loss, foundation cracks, structural concerns, missing insulation, ventilation glitches and rodent infestations. Adding thermal imaging to your residential inspection can save you a bundle of money!

Home Energy Audit

Also known as a home energy assessment, can help you understand the whole picture of your home’s energy use. An audit can help you determine how much energy your home uses, where your home is losing energy, and which problem areas and fixes you should prioritize to make your home more efficient and comfortable.
